Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. She is the daughter Peter Silk - an academic and Ilkay Silk, an accomplished actor, writer, director and producer. Anna Silk's father is British, as is her mother, is a Turkish Cypriot English expat. Anna Silk remembers her mother watching perform in play rehearsals. As a child, she appeared in several commercials. Anna relocated to Toronto in November 1999 to pursue her acting talents. After that, she settled in Los Angeles (California) over the next ten years. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, at an actor's workshop. They got engaged in 2009, after they got married. Anna has just recently converted to Judaism and the couple married in Fredericton. Bo's same-sex romance with Lauren was highlighted in CNN's top television Couples ever, and was named the top Television Couple in 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Anna's popularity on social media increased due to the popularity of her show.
